Our company has been established by a Master Plumber in 1982, and even though we grew into a strong leader in the plumbing industry, the working environment still feels like a family-owned, team-based, collaborating and fun place.
We currently employ 40+ Service Technicians that ranges from Jr. Plumbers to Master Plumbers who made more than $100k just last year.
As we continue to grow, we want to add more Service Plumbers to the team. We are only looking for Technicians that take pride in the quality of their work, they work hard and understand the urgency customer feel when their plumbing system breaks down. We want to employ Technicians that want to grow professionally and those are the one we will support in any way we can (signing bonus for Licensed Plumbers up to $5000).
Outside of good communication and customer service skills, we would like to see:
Journeyman level Plumbers with 5+ years of residential service experience
Desire to learn and grow in your profession
Desire to drive your own income through commissions with no cap (our Plumbers averaged $75-100k last year)
Ability to pass pre-employment requirements (driving record, DOT, background, drug test)
